Certificate of Limited Product Warranty

Encore Cabinets warrants that our products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for twelve (12) years from the date of invoice. To determine eligibility under this warranty, please send an email to support@encorecabinetsnow.com with your documentation of the item’s defect, photos showing the defect along with your original invoice copy or proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of claim, Encore Cabinets will then choose to replace, repair or credit any items as covered by this warranty. If the identical item is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute them with materials of comparable quality without being required to replace all of the products from the same order if only one or some of the items are defective under this warranty. This warranty covers only the replacement of the item as ordered on the invoice and the return to factory shipping charges for repair if needed and the shipping charges to return the repaired or replacement item to you. This warranty does not cover any costs incurred for finishing, removal, installation, travel or labor of any kind, nor any other product used with our item. Replaced items are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Encore Cabinets will not be liable for any damages caused by improper handling, storage (including exposure to the elements) or installation of our items.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by the physical abuse to (including exposure to temperatures above 85º C (185ºF) or misuse of the product or operation of the product in a manner contrary to the products intended use. This warranty does not cover defects caused by modification or alteration of finished products. Any damage to the product during assembly of the product is not considered a defect in workmanship by Encore Cabinets.

Any express warranty not provided herein is hereby excluded and disclaimed. Encore Cabinets has made an earnest effort to describe and illustrate the products on our website as accurately as possible, however, these are for the sole purpose of identification and does not express or imply a warranty that the products are fit for a particular purpose or be exactly as described.

Be careful to follow all recommended methods in order to keep your items looking their best by following the specific cleaning, care and handling instructions. Using anything other than the recommended cleaning products or methods will void your items warranty. For best results follow the instructions on the Product Care & Handling instruction sheet included with your shipment. This information sheet can also be downloaded from our website under the ‘About’ section.
