Payment, Shipping, and Return Policies

Payment:

Payment may be made by VISA or Mastercard. No other payment methods are accepted. Payment is due in full upon confirmation of order. Changes to orders may not be made after confirmation due to the custom manufacturing process. Please contact customer service if you need to place an additional order to match or ship with your initial order; some restrictions apply.

Shipping:

CANADA

Your order will be flat packed in a box, on a skid or in a crate, depending on size. Small orders will be shipped by common courier, while larger orders will be shipped by LTL freight.

Please note we are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • PO Boxes
  • Remote or rural locations; we may be able to ship to the nearest depot for pick up, but storage fees may apply. Please contact customer service for your available options.
  • Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon and Vancouver Island.

Shipping fees are included in all orders within Canada except for the locations noted above. There are no duty or brokerage fees added after your order has shipped.

UNITED STATES

We are able to ship anywhere in the contiguous United States and all brokerage and duty fees are included. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Cancellation, Confirmation, and Order Tracking:

Your order may be cancelled within 24-hours of confirmation, please contact us at support@encorecabinetsnow.com as soon as possible. Cancellation after this window is impossible due to the custom manufacturing process.

When your order arrives:

Small packages sent by common couriers will be delivered seven days a week, depending on your location. Please be available to accept your delivery on the scheduled date or be prepared to pick up from the local depot.

Larger orders shipped by LTL freight are delivered Monday through Friday anywhere between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM your local time. You will receive a courtesy call the day before or day of the delivery. These orders are delivered curbside only, so please plan accordingly. The delivery driver will arrive with a liftgate and pallet jack to remove your order from the trailer and leave it on the curb only. Delivery into your home or garage is not available. If any requests are made at the time of delivery and the driver consents, please be aware that you will be responsible for the extra charges; payable directly to the freight company.

Damage upon arrival:

Inspect your shipment upon arrival and note any defects on the Bill of Loading (BOL) which the delivery driver will ask you to sign. Please report this damage to us with photographic evidence within one week of receipt. Failure to do so in the time provided may void eligibility of replacement product at no charge. To ensure your product arrives without any potential damage: we inspect prior to shipping and use the best packaging materials available for our products.

Returns and Refunds:

Every product we manufacture is custom made-to-order for each unique customer. There are no standard sizes of cabinets or doors, so every door we manufacture is custom made to the exact size the customer orders.

For this reason, we are not able to accept returns.
